Yes its back. Feed that comes to my social media revolved around (a) asking me whether I know the value of my flat (b) offer to tell me the value of my flat and say can fetch a high price for my flat.
I was thinking to myself. I liquidate my flat then I stay where? Maybe their target audience are those who have 2 HDB (cannot leh) or 1 HDB and 1 Private or 1 HDB with lots and lots of cash.
Is value just about dollars and cents? What about the value of life i derive from living at my flat. The amenities – for the sick, the bored and the connectedness. I know of this youtuber who keeps talking about what he can find and what he can do near and about his area of stay. Its more fun to watch.
But if a realtor post such content maybe not very appropriate of revelant to their work and outcome. Or is it? Just wondering can make content that is both fun and transaction?
